Textured and Micro-textured

The shell of an implant is designed to hold the gel in place. It can either be smooth or textured. GCA®’s textured breast implants are designed to provide tissue adherence and reduce complications.¹

Texture allows implants to adhere to surrounding tissue making it less likely for them to rotate or drop.

Smooth Opaque

Safety

When it comes to safety, not all breast implants are created equal. GCA® breast implants have 10-year safety data that provides evidence to support the safety, efficacy and performance. 500 patients evaluated for 10 years in the largest european multi-centric prospective study.

Rupture

Very low rate compared to competitors. 4.9% over the 10 years.

Capsular Contracture

Low rate for Baker grades III and IV. 13.8%

Reintervention

Very low rate. 13.3%. Most removal and exchanges were for non medical reasons( malposition, scars, volume change etc)
