Which channel should I use for complaints or warranty requests?

For product complaints and pharmacovigilance reports, we recommend using the Report a Complaint form on our website. This form ensures suspected adverse event cases are recorded and tracked in compliance with Turkish and European medical device regulations.

Is the consultation free of charge?

GC Aesthetics® is a medical device manufacturer/distributor and does not provide surgical services. Consultation fees depend on the clinical policy of the authorised surgeon to whom you are referred. We recommend discussing consultation details directly with the surgeons.
