The GCA Comfort Plus™ Warranty applies to all GCA® (Nagor® and Eurosilicone®) breast implants implanted after 1 January 2009, regardless of which country your surgery was performed in. Whether you live in Turkey, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States or any of the 70+ countries where GC Aesthetics® products are distributed, your warranty travels with you.

This matters because patients often relocate, travel for work, or seek medical care in a different country during the lifetime of their implants. Many warranty programs lose validity outside the country of original purchase — ours does not. The warranty is registered to your implant''s lot and serial number, not to a geography.

"Will my warranty be honoured if I move?" Yes. Our authorised surgeon network and distributor partners in 70+ countries can process warranty claims on your behalf.
"What happens if my surgeon retires or relocates?" The warranty is tied to the implant, not your surgeon. Any qualified plastic surgeon can submit a warranty claim with the original product information.
"Does the warranty cover both breasts if one implant ruptures?" Yes — we offer contralateral replacement, meaning the matched implant in the unaffected breast is also replaced free of charge to maintain symmetry.

How to Register Your Implant

If you have not yet registered your GCA® implants, you can do so at any time through your surgeon. The product information (model, size, lot and serial number) appears on the implant card you received after surgery. This warranty applies only where there is evidence of rupture or capsular contracture has been diagnosed under the current recommended guidelines by an appropriately qualified registered medical physician, and in connection with GCA® (Nagor® or Eurosilicone®) breast implants.

This is a limited warranty only and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. All other warranties, whether express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The replacement of qualified GCA® (Nagor® or Eurosilicone®) breast implants and payment of defined amounts for necessary revision surgery as set forth in this limited warranty are, to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, the patient’s sole and exclusive remedy.

GC Aesthetics® shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential or special loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of GCA® (Nagor® or Eurosilicone®) products. GCA® neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it, any other or additional liability or responsibility in connection with GCA’s (Nagor® or Eurosilicone®) products.
